Naqiyah, the owner of Kashka, shares her story of being in the diamond business where it is regarded as a closed shop. Naqiyah's frankness and her level of honesty is impressive. She shares the pitfalls and her weak spots; however, it is her love and passion which had helped her overcome challenges. She inspires every other person on the journey that mishaps happens, but the way you respond to them is key.
A theme that is beginning to emerge in this series is each of the ladies are leaving their own stamp in their own respective industries, and Naqiyah is no different.
